The kids love painting anything. So I knew that sun catchers would be a big hit. The ones we got were 3D. After you painted them you could put them together and hang them like a mobile. The paint was really thick gel like paint. There wasn't enough of it to paint all the sun catchers that came in the kit, though. We will have to get more at the craft store to finish the rest of them. This is a relatively inexpensive craft. You can get a kit at the craft store for around $8.When you are done you have a lovely sun catcher to hang in the window!
